Lil’ Mynx makes a solid product and this new addition to the Lil’ Mynx product line has all of the same quality components and safety features as their standard poles, just a smaller diameter. Lil’ Mynx Petite is a smaller diameter dance pole (about 1 3/4″ as opposed to 2″). If you are of smaller stature and have small hands then this pole will be great for you. Otherwise I have personally found that I like a bigger pole when gripping with my legs! It does not come with the rotating option. It has 12 inches of adjustment and is a great pole for girls less than 5’4” as it is proportionally correct for your size. Setup: First time requires a drill to mount a small fixture into a ceiling joist. That part can remain in the ceiling where it may be disguised as a plant holder. This is a nice sturdy removeable dance pole. Because of the ceiling mount it is able to handle a moderate amount of lateral stress. But bear in mind it is a one piece pole so it is harder to transport discreetly! Vaulted ceiling mounts are available.
The Petite polished stainless steel Lil’ Mynx is a one-piece high polished stainless steel pole, that looks just like chrome. It comes with a black base and stainless slider tube (the smaller adjustable tube that couples the ceiling mount) It comes standard in either 8′-9′ or 9′-10′ ceiling with hardware pack for use on carpeted floors. (If your ceiling height is shorter than 8 feet you will need to make a note on the order sheet.) If you are going to use this on a hardwood floor (or other non-carpeted floor), you will need to also purchase the Non-skid Floor Pad .
